Cambrian’s International department recruits students from all over the world! We smooth your transition to Canada and support you throughout your entire time at our college. Our orientation and settlement sessions help you to get your feet on the ground and a roof over your head. Engage in social and cultural events, get immigration advice, and tap into the International Student Success Fund.

When it’s time to prepare for your journey to Cambrian College, our team is here to assist you. To ensure you have everything you need before traveling to Canada, we provide the following services:

This session covers everything you need to know to prepare for your arrival at Cambrian College such as:

• Important documents and permits
• Airport arrival information
• Housing and residence options
• Health services
• Scholarships
• Key dates

This session will explain the application process for on-campus residences.

The iCent app is specifically designed for international students and provides up-to-date information, a document upload centre, and checklists to help you keep track of all the important tasks to do before and after arriving in Canada.

In the iCent app, you will find:

• Pre-departure session information and dates to register
• An on-campus housing information session and dates to register
• A central document upload centre for your important documents
• Checklists for pre-arrival and post-arrival to do tasks

The team at Cambrian College is here to support your transition into your new college environment and your new community. We provide orientation events to all new students before the start of classes that include: in-person International Student Orientation, Virtual Academic Orientation, on-campus engagement events, meet and greet events, Community Services Fair, on-campus guides to take you to your first classes, on-campus tours, Social Insurance Number clinics and so much more!

Cambrian International has a full team of RISIA licensed advisors to support you throughout your student journey. Our team provides one-on-one and/or group immigration advice to international students and their dependents about:
