Congrats on choosing to apply to Cambrian – you’re going to love it here! Below you’ll find information about some tools and platforms that will help with your transition to becoming a Cambrian student.

Are you joining Cambrian as an Apprentice, Dual Credit student, taking Upgrading or Continuing Education courses or certificates? Learn more about the platform you’ll be using – HERE.

 

    myApplication

    myApplication is your personal and secure online applicant portal. It will be your go-to hub for information after you have applied to Cambrian programs. 

    Canadian applicants

    When you apply to Cambrian, you are given access to a myApplication account that lets you track the status of your application. This is also where you can view any documents required to complete your application.

    Once you apply to a program(s) in ontariocolleges.ca, you will gain access to myApplication.

    In myApplication you will also find:

    • An applicant dashboard that lists the status of your application
    • Program-specific requirements 
    • Entrance bursary application information
    • Event information and more!  

    Once registration opens, you will also be able to select your timetable to complete the registration process.* Once this is completed, you will be provided access to the myCambrian student portal, where you will have access to all information needed to complete your studies.

    Upon first login after registration, you will be required to change your password and configure multi-factor authentication – learn more

    *Please note: if you are missing any requirements for registration, you will receive a notice in the myApplication portal about your next steps. 

    How to log in to myApplication: 

    1. Go to myapplication.cambriancollege.ca 
    2. To log in, enter your Cambrian account details (username and password) that was sent to your personal email address from noreply@cambriancollege.ca 
    3. View the Applicant dashboard to learn more about the status of your offer.

    If you have already applied for May 2026, September 2026, and Winter 2027, you’ll receive an email with your Cambrian account details (username and password) to access myApplication.

    International applicants

    Please log in to your OCAS IAS account to review any conditions on your offer. If you applied through an authorized agent, you may also contact them for assistance.

    You will be given access to the student registration system 24-48 hours prior to registration opening. Look for an email with your credentials to be sent to your home email address.  See the mySelfServe section below for more information.

    Common issues that may prevent registration include:

    • Missing admission requirements
    • Unpaid tuition fees
    • Pending study permit documentation

    If you are still unable to register after reviewing your account and meeting the conditions on your offer, please reach out to us directly at international@cambriancollege.ca.

    Canadian applicants

    When you apply to Cambrian, you are given access to a mySelfServe portal that allows you view your account information. Once you accept your offer, this is where you can track your payments, registration eligibility, and more! 

    In mySelfServe you will also be able to:

    • View account details (student number, address, etc.) 
    • Check payment information 
    • Register and verify your registration status 

    How to log in to mySelfServe 

    1. Go to https://selfserve-prod.cambriancollege.ca/StudentSelfService/
    2. To log in, enter your Cambrian account details (username and password). This would have been emailed to you from no-reply@cambriancollege.ca upon application to your personal email, and the same login details you use in myApplication. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder.

    Apprenticeship, Continuing Education, Dual credit, and Upgrading students

    When you join Cambrian, you are given access to a mySelfServe portal that allows you view your account information. Depending on the type of courses and certificates you are taking, this is where you can track your payments, registration eligibility, and more!

    In mySelfServe you will also be able to:

    • View account details (student number, address, etc.)
    • Check payment information (if applicable)
    • Register and verify your registration status (if applicable)

    How to log in to mySelfServe

    1. Go to https://selfserve-prod.cambriancollege.ca/StudentSelfService/
    2. To log in, enter your Cambrian account details (username and password). This would have been emailed to your personal email from no-reply@cambriancollege.ca.  If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder.
