Fridays, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Saturday to Sunday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Women’s only hours:
Wednesday, 7 a.m. – 10 a.m.

Lift. Move. Sweat. Cambrian’s Athletics Centre is your fitness haven

Our Athletics Centre offers expert fitness assessments, team and individual sports, and health and fitness courses. Pump up at our 6,000-square-foot weight training facility or challenge your opponents on one of our three international squash courts. We’ve got a double gymnasium, a top-notch cardio room, a stretching area, and more. Want to kick back? We’ve got saunas and chill zones too!
