Define customer satisfaction – cut through roadblocks and streamline supply chains

From start to finish, what processes convert market demand into finished products in the hands of customers? Discover the answer by undertaking the learning journey into the exciting and growing field of logistics and supply chain management. 
 
You’ll gain the technical and analytical skills to lead teams to operate faster and more efficiently in the demanding and complex global supply chain field. By exploring topics such as strategic sourcing, inventory and operations management, transportation and logistics, warehousing and distribution, project management, and enterprise resource planning, you’ll learn how to develop strategies to go lean, mitigate risks, and sustain competitive advantage for your organization’s supply chains. 

This program is delivered in-person on weekends at our Toronto campus and asynchronously during the week.

  • Gain the essential body of knowledge to pursue professional certifications like SCMP designation from Supply Chain Canada, CSCL from NISCL, or CSCP credential from ASCM 
  • Study cases and experience simulations for end-to-end supply chain integration 

Admissions

Admission requirements

Applicants must be graduates of a diploma, advanced diploma, or degree program from an Ontario College or equivalent.

OR

Applicant must possess five years of work experience in a related field (or combination of education and work experience) as judged by the college to be equivalent. Applicants must submit a resume detailing their related experience and a cover letter outlining their competencies and preparedness for the program (any and all post-secondary transcripts must still be submitted).
