Ontario Learn and Stay Grant
The Ontario Learn and Stay Grant provides financial assistance to students studying in priority programs in priority communities in Ontario and applies to new students who start studying full time between September 2023 and August 2027.
Applications are now open for qualifying programs that start during the 2025-2026 academic year. Applications for the 2026-2027 academic year will open in Spring 2026. Visit the Learn and Stay Grant website to start your application and to learn more about the grant process.
This program’s focus is to:
- Encourage learning and working in the same region where you study
- Meet current labour market needs
- Ensure communities have the workers they need for in-demand jobs
