Residence life
Residence offers everything you need to make your College experience enjoyable, fun, and safe.
Just steps away from everything
Living on campus means you’ll get to enjoy the convenience of having everything you need at your fingertips. You can take part in weekly events, make new friends, and get the most out of your Cambrian Experience.
We’re here to help. We work with you to help develop the skills you’ll need to become more confident, and more independent by extending the Cambrian experience beyond the classroom. Residence Life is all about fitting in and getting the most out of your time at school.
Before moving in, you’ll want to check out our Residence Life Resources and Downloads. These will give you a good idea about what life in Residence is like and will answer any questions you have about roommates, moving in, and any other topics.
Get Involved
Life in Residence comes with many ways to get involved in student life. You can join a committee such as our Residence Council or the Welcome Crew. Or, if there is a group or committee you want to start, stop by the Residence Life Office and we’ll get you started. You can also take advantage of paid positions and earn money while living on campus.
Paid positions
Are you interested in earning money while living on campus? We have many opportunities that may help you make the most of your Cambrian Experience and boost your finances at the same time.
Residence Life Staff promote a social and supportive community with an emphasis on self-growth and development. Staff implement excellent programming and promote a safe environment that reflects the diverse Community of Cambrian College.
Resident Advisor
Resident Advisors are here to help you transition into your new home away from home. They can help plan and deliver educational and social programming; they’re available to advise students on academic and personal matters; and they’re also responsible for promoting a sense of community with the Residence.
Volunteer positions
Residence Council
