Clinic Information

The Clinic requires clients to provide a minimum of 48 hours prior notice for a cancellation or rebooking.

Our students must obtain a minimum number of hands-on treatment hours to be successful in clinic. When clients cancel their appointment last minute, or do not show up to their appointment, the student is then at risk of losing those hours.

If the client has three missed appointments (no shows) in a row, the client will no longer be able to book appointments online or may be subject to discharge from the clinic. In this event, the client will be contacted through e-mail by the Clinical Lead/Faculty Advisor for the Massage Clinic.

Our privacy policies and procedures comply with the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA). Our Privacy Policy ensures the Cambrian College Massage Therapy Programs’ commitment to protecting your private health and personal information. The Privacy Policy is available upon request, by asking any of our faculty, staff, or students.
