Tuition and fees
Don’t let a late payment hold you back. To select your timetable and pick your optional courses when registration opens, you will have needed to pay your term deposit. This must occur by the deadline to reserve your seat in your program.
Tuition and other fees are set and collected per the Binding Policy Directive and Reporting Operating Procedure of the Ministry of Colleges and Universities (MCU).
How to pay your tuition
Making a tuition payment is as easy as adding Cambrian as a payee to your online bank account. Plus, don’t forget to apply for scholarships and bursaries. You could receive one of our many awards to help you pay for your education.
The Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP)
OSAP provides financial assistance through a combination of provincial and federal loans and grants. Your funding will be determined by your calculated financial need. For the most up-to-date OSAP info, please visit the OSAP website.
Refund policy
The College’s refund policy complies with the Binding Policy Directive and Reporting Operating Procedure of the Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities (MTCU). The policy can be found in your myCambrian account and under Academic Policies.
Third-party sponsorship
If your tuition and fees are being billed directly to an outside agency, the process is termed “a third-party contract.” You and your sponsor must inform us that a sponsorship is taking place so that the contract can be initiated and reflected accordingly in your fee account.
