Connect with the Registrar's Office (Enrolment Centre) without actually waiting in line or on hold!

When you need assistance from the Registrar's Office (Enrolment Centre), sign up to the virtual queue for phone or in-person service by using Temp.

How it works

  • Join the virtual queue.
  • Continue with your day (attend class, work on assignments, grab a coffee and catch up with friends, etc).
  • Receive wait time updates by monitoring your unique status page (the link is texted to you upon joining the virtual queue).
  • Get notified by text a few minutes before you receive a call or need to make your way to the Registrar’s Office (Enrolment Centre).

Tempo operates during the Registrar Office’s (Enrolment Centre) business hours with a commitment to serve you the same day. The virtual queue will close automatically when it reaches capacity for the day.

Please note: if you no longer require assistance, please cancel your place in the virtual queue to allow us to use that valuable time to help another student.
