QLess is an easy-to-use app that lets you connect with us from the comfort of your home (or wherever you may be). When you need assistance or have a question, you can use the new QLess system to join a virtual queue.

(Please note: if you make an appointment with an Enrolment Services Representative, and no longer require assistance, please cancel your appointment. This allows us to use that valuable time to help another student. Please see the “Some Tips for Using the QLess App” section below for how to cancel your appointment.)
Note: Students with accessibility needs can enter a virtual queue via text message.
QLess operates during our student services business hours. The queue will close when it reaches capacity for the day.
In-person / Virtual service: Monday-Friday: 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
