Cambrian QLess phone service
Connect with the Registrar's Office (Enrolment Centre) via phone without actually waiting on hold!
When you need assistance from the Registrar's Office (Enrolment Centre), you can sign up for a callback by using QLess, a virtual queue system.
How it works
- Join a virtual queue, or book an appointment.
- Continue with your day (attend class, do your groceries, etc).
- Receive wait times updates by text.
- Get notified by text a few minutes before you receive a call.
QLess operates during the Registrar’s (Enrolment Centre) business hours with a commitment to call you back the same day. The queue will close automatically when it reaches capacity for the day.
Please note: if you make an appointment and no longer require assistance, please cancel your appointment to allow us to use that valuable time to help another student.

As a result of the current full-time support staff strike, the virtual queue requesting a callback has been temporarily closed. The Enrolment Centre will remain open for in-person service at the Barry Downe campus in Room 2037, and will respond to emails received at enrolmentcentre@cambriancollege.ca. Your patience is appreciated.
