What information does the college require to determine accommodations?
To access accessibility-related services we require:
- An IPRC/Individualized Education Plan (IEP/PEI)
- A recent Psycho-Educational Assessment
- Your relevant medical records
- Your high school transcript
- Any previous accommodation letters
This information will be available in your Ontario School Records (OSR) and can be requested through the last high school you attended. For students without a documented disability, you may still qualify for our services. Please schedule an appointment with an accessibility advisor.
What if I don’t have any documentation?
If you don’t have any documentation, we may still be able to help! Make an appointment with an accessibility advisor once you have decided to apply to Cambrian College.
