Students
External Test-Takers
A proctor is a person who monitors students during a test. Some institutions require that their tests be supervised. If you are a student who is attending another post-secondary institution, or if you are a community member who needs to take a test for work-related purposes, we’re able to provide proctoring services in our secure and well-supervised environment.

Wait for confirmation of your exam date
Once your institution confirms the exam date with us, we will send you an email. Your institution will provide us with your exam and any necessary documents.
5. Pay for your exam
Cost: $75+HST ($84.75)
Once you have received our email to confirm that your institution will be sending us your exam, you must pay our invigilation fee.
To pay, the Enrolment Centre has to create a profile for you so that you can access campus to write the test. Then, you will be given a student number which you will need to pay the invigilation fee using your online banking.
To create a Student ID we need the following information:
- Full Name
- Address
- Phone
- Email
- Date of Birth
E-mail all this information to: enrolmentcentre@cambriancollege.ca
Once we create the student profile, you will be assigned a student number (A000000) which you will use to pay the invigilation fee.
Once you have your student number, add “Cambrian College Student Payments” as a payee in your bill payment section of your online banking. Your student number is your account number. Then pay the $75 + HST = $84.75 total. Take a screenshot of your payment confirmation screen, as we will need to see this as your proof of payment upon arrival to the Test Centre.
6. Arrive early for your exam
Arrive for your exam 30 minutes before your scheduled start time. Ensure you have a valid government-issued photo ID (Driver’s Licence, Passport, or Ontario Photo Card) and proof of payment.
