Parking - Need to Know More?
To register for and purchase parking permits from Parking Services, all users must create a profile on ParkAdmin, Parking Services’ online parking system. The link may also be accessed through myCambrian.
Short-term (hourly) parking is available in lots 6 and 12 at a cost of $2.50 per hour. Hourly or daily parking is available in all Gold ($2.50 per hour or $10.00 per day) and Burgundy lots ($1.50 per hour or $6.00 per day).
Student Payment Options
Students may pay for parking permits and parking tickets online using Visa or MasterCard. Cheques and Interac payments are accepted in person at the Parking Services Office, room 2269, however patrons are strongly encouraged to complete the transaction online. If there are circumstances preventing you from being able to pay for a permit, please contact Parking Services to discuss your situation. Please do not park on College property without a valid form of parking payment as vehicles with unpaid tickets are subject to wheel immobilization or being sent to collections.
Faculty and Staff Payment Options
Full-time faculty and staff may pay for annual parking permits through payroll deduction or in full online using Visa or MasterCard. Cheques and Interac payments are accepted in person at Parking Services, room 2269, however patrons are strongly encouraged to complete the transaction online. When paying by payroll deduction, the cost of the annual parking permit is divided into 26 equal bi-weekly deductions. Parking permits remain the property of Cambrian College and will be cancelled by Parking Services when leaving employment with the College in order to have the payroll deductions discontinued. Part-time, contract, term, or casual employees are not eligible for payment by payroll deduction. Payment is available online using Visa or MasterCard. Cambrian College parking tickets must be paid within thirty (30) days. To pay a ticket you can make an anonymous payment by looking up the ticket number, creating a parking account or accessing your existing account via the ParkAdmin link and paying using Visa or MasterCard. Cheques and Interac payments are accepted in person at Parking Services, room 2269.
Failure to pay fines may result in your vehicle being immobilized or your account being sent to a collection agency. Please note that you will not be permitted to purchase a new parking permit unless all parking fines are paid in full.
You must appeal your parking ticket online within fourteen (14) days from the issue date. Visit ParkAdmin to access the Online Appeal System. The ParkAdmin link may also be accessed through MyCambrian.
Refunds may be obtained for annual permits and semester permits on a pro-rated basis.
- Annual Fall permits will be refunded until January 31.
- Annual Winter permits will be refunded until May 31.
- Annual Spring permits will be refunded until September 30.
Semester permits are refunded within 60 days of purchase only. A $25 fee will apply to all permit refunds. There are no refunds on monthly permits.

All contractors must register with the Facilities department and obtain a temporary contractor permit in order to park on campus.
To facilitate snow removal, no overnight parking is permitted on campus other than in the Residence lot R, from 12 a.m. to 6 a.m. Vehicles remaining parked in any exterior lot after 12 a.m. obstructing snow clearing operations will be ticketed and/or towed away at the owner’s expense. If special parking arrangements are required for non-permit holder overnight parking on campus, queries may be directed to the Parking Services Office during normal business hours.
