Lean Green Belt Training
DESCRIPTION

Our Lean Green Belt Certification program is designed to provide attendants with a comprehensive understanding of Lean and how it is applied across a variety of settings. In addition to an understanding of the theory and effective application of Lean concepts, tools and practices, it helps build essential teams and leadership skills and develops staff to a point where they are competent in leading continuous improvement initiatives independently.

DESCRIPTION

Our Lean Yellow Belt Training is designed to provide attendants with a comprehensive understanding of Lean methods and prepare them to participate, as contributors, to Lean projects. The program outlines the essential Lean tools and practices that can be applied within an organization to increase service efficiency and quality, improve customer and staff satisfaction, and reduce waste.

In teams, participants will develop high level current state value stream maps that depict activity flow and indicate value-added and non-value-added activities. These maps are analyzed during the training to identify bottlenecks, redundancies and inefficient flow.
