This collection of personal information is authorized by section 2(2) of the Ontario Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology Act. The principal purpose of the collection is to administer this Application, the Student Residence Agreement and all payment of contractual obligations arising under this Application and Agreement. This also includes the collection of information about room and roommate preferences, health information and special requests for accommodation, and emergency contact information. This process ensures we can provide a safe, secure and comfortable residence environment that supports the needs of all students in Residence. Data collection through the residence application is also to be used for administrative and statistical purposes of the college and/or the ministries and agencies of the Government of Ontario and the Government of Canada. By submitting this application, I hereby give consent to Cambrian College to confirm my status with the College to the Residence Manager for the purpose of room allocation, enrolment status and fee status. I give Cambrian College Residence & Conference Centre permission to release my name, address, email and/or telephone number to assigned roommates.
