Welcome to the Learning Centre. We're here to help you.
The Learning Centre is the College’s centre for academic tutoring. All registered students are entitled, at no cost, to weekly Staff and Peer Tutoring. In addition, the Learning Centre also offers weekly workshops and open resources throughout this website. Not sure how to access our resources? Simply reach out by email.
Students that are currently registered at Cambrian College and have an A-number and login can access information about tutoring services through their myCambrian login. Select the link below for more information on our services and how to book appointments.
Community members looking for pre-College learning opportunities can explore any element of this website, but may benefit from a focus on the Future Students information and resources. Select the link below for more information specific to future students.
General Arts Opportunities for Redirected Students (GAEP Program)
In addition to tutoring, staff at the Learning Centre offer support for students that have lost access to their chosen programs because of grades (low grade point average or GPA). Staff at the Learning Centre can talk with students about continuing their studies at Cambrian through the General Arts programs.
Here, students and visitors will find a variety of open resources for general employment-based and community-relevant learning. As a publicly funded College in Ontario, we feel it is important to share and support learning for all.
