Cambrian Leadership Academy (CLA)
The Cambrian Leadership Academy (CLA) is a newly designed program that includes a series of FREE modules available to current registered students at Cambrian College. The goal of this programming is to provide students with the knowledge and skills to become leaders on campus and within their communities.
This program consists of 6 core modules that can be completed individually through Moodle or in groups virtually or in person.
Core Modules:
- Module 1: Learning to Lead
- Module 2: Leading in the Community
- Module 3: Leading Professionally
- Module 4: Leading Effectively
- Module 5: Leading Through Conflict
- Module 6: Leading the Future
Additional modules may be made available throughout the year. These additional modules are not mandatory to receive your certificate of completion.
Once you have completed all 6 core modules, you will be eligible to receive the Cambrian Leadership Academy Certificate of Completion.
Please note: This program does not qualify for academic credit.

To register, log in to your myCareer portal, click on ‘WIL – Experiential Learning’, search for the Cambrian Leadership Academy, and apply!
