Sign-in policy & underage procedure

Before you visit, there are just few rules to review!

The Student Life Centre is the official student pub and recognizes the importance of providing our students with a safe environment.

In order to attend a student event, individuals must be registered Cambrian College students with valid Cambrian Student Identification.
Individuals under 19 years of age, who are registered Cambrian College students, can attend student events but MUST provide their valid Cambrian College student card upon entering.
Non-students (who are 19+ years old) must be signed in by a Cambrian College student (who is 19+ years old). Once signed in, the College student is then responsible for the individual they signed in.
Cambrian College students may sign in one (1) individual who is of legal drinking age, however, some events can be identified for Cambrian College students only.

In order to attend a student event, individuals must be registered Cambrian College students with valid Cambrian Student Identification.
Once their student ID is verified, and the student is deemed “not under the influence of alcohol”, the card will be kept by the door staff and will be returned to the student upon leaving.
An “X” will be placed on the hand of all underage students in attendance.
Underage patrons caught drinking in the Student Life Centre will be banned for four (4) months.
If an underage patron leaves without retrieving their student identification card, it will be assumed that the individual is under the influence of alcohol and will be banned for four (4) months.
