The Registrar can help

All requests for information should be routed through the Office of the Registrar.

The College has an obligation to protect an individual’s right to privacy as described in the Freedom of Information and Right to Privacy Act, 1987. Access is strictly controlled and governed essentially by the student’s wishes and the College’s responsibility. The guidelines are described in the policy respecting the Confidentiality of Student Records available from the Offices of the Vice President, Academic, and the Registrar/ Director of Student Affairs.

Students should ensure that the Office of the Registrar is notified of any and all address changes. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of this information in the student file.
